Ticket Sales Prior to Game Day - Call (915) 747-UTEP; visit www.UTEPMiners.com/Tickets; in-person at the Eisenberg Family Ticket Office (Brumbelow Building on UTEP campus, 201 Glory Road) Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Game Day Ticket Sales - In-person ticket sales will be available starting at 8 a.m. on game day at the Eisenberg Family Ticket Office until 3 hours prior to kickoff. North and South Sun Bowl box offices will open 3 hours prior to kickoff.

ADA Parking - Designated ADA lots are GR3, GR5 and DA1. UTEP Athletics has partnered with Apollo Home Health to offer assistance in transporting ADA patrons to the stadium from these lots for a fee of $25 per game. For more on Apollo Home Health care, visit https://www.apollohomehc.com/, call (925) 587-8244, or email info@apollohomehc.com. Those interested in season-long ADA accommodations should contact the Miner Athletic Club by phone (915) 747-8759 or email mac@utep.edu for options starting at $100. A valid government-issued placard or license plate is required for all ADA parking. Please note some parking lots sell out in advance. Once the designated ADA parking spots are accounted for, patrons will be pointed to the nearest parking lot in which ADA spaces are available.
Single Game Parking - Fans can purchase parking on game day in several lots including DA1 (Special Accommodation), SB2, SB3, SB7, SB8, and Sun Bowl Garage for $25. The Goldmine Collective operates all single game parking lots and only sell on game days via credit card at the entrance of each lot. Free parking is offered on the south side of campus in lots SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, RI4 and the Schuster Garage. RV Parking - RV parking is offered for football game days in SC1 upon purchase of an RV pass prior to gameday. Passes are available on a season and single game basis. Tailgating - Outer lots open at 8 a.m. on game day, Inner Campus lots open at 12 p.m. See the Fan Guide for full tailgating rules.
Paydirt Pete's Pregame Party Zone Presented By Bud Light - Paydirt Pete’s Pregame Party Zone Presented by Bud Light is moving to Glory Field for the 2026 season. Enjoy the convenience of arriving to a preset tailgate spot. Leave the hard part to us and just show up, have fun, and head into the game. Single-game and season options are available, providing a tent, tables, chairs, food (multiple catering options available) and one VIP parking pass. Miner Walk - The UTEP football team will be dropped off at the Don Haskins Center, and walk past the Glory Field tailgating area to the Larry K. Durham Center two hours prior to each home game. Fans are encouraged to attend and cheer on the Miners.
Stadium Gates Open - Premium seat entrances open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. All other gates open one hour before kickoff.
Mine Shaft Team Entrance - Fans will want to be in their seats 10 minutes prior to kick off to witness the one-of-a-kind entrance of UTEP football players and coaches from the "Mine Shaft" onto the field.
Guest Relations Centers - Guest Services stations are located behind sections 12 and 22. These service stations operate from the time the gates open until 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance from UTEP Athletics guest services representatives at these stations. Guest Services stations are also the location for lost and found items.

In conjunction with the Mountain West Conference and for the safety of student-athletes, coaches, officials, staff and fans, various items are prohibited in Sun Bowl Stadium. Under no circumstances will prohibited items be permitted in the venue. Fans are highly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the prohibited items listed at the link below to ensure that they do not try to enter the Sun Bowl with a prohibited item. Anyone with a prohibited item will not be allowed to enter the stadium until they dispose of the item or return it to their vehicle.

SUN BOWL BOX OFFICE OPERATIONS (GAME DAY ONLY)

The Sun Bowl Box Offices are located at the North and South entrances of the stadium and open on game days 3 hours prior to kickoff and remain open through halftime. Will Call is located at the North Sun Bowl Box Office and also opens 3 hours prior to kickoff. Fans must present a photo ID to pick up tickets and tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick them up.
