The Talent Acquisition Fund (TAF) is a strategic initiative created by the 
Miner Athletic Club to position UTEP Athletics competitively in the new era of NCAA 
revenue-sharing. This fund directly enhances UTEP’s ability to attract and retain 
exceptional student-athletes by allowing supporters to make philanthropic, 
sport-specific contributions. With the Goldmine Collective transitioning to a 
business-centric approach, the TAF is now the primary way donors can
meaningfully impact Miner Athletics' recruiting efforts

The 915 Campaign

The 915 Campaign is a community-wide effort to unite Miner Nation in support of UTEP Athletics. Our goal is simple: 915 donors by September 15.

Gifts to the Talent Acquisition Fund (TAF) directly impact UTEP’s ability to recruit and retain student-athletes in the new era of college athletics. By contributing, you’re helping keep our rosters strong and ensuring that the best talent continues to represent El Paso on and off the field.

With a minimum gift of just $9.15, every fan can play a role in fueling the future of the Miners. As a thank you, all donors will also have the chance to purchase up to two tickets for only $9.15 each to the UTEP vs. Louisiana-Monroe football game on September 20th.
